We had so much fun with Taylor Boschman in the House workshop February 26, that we are holding one more before Spring Break!!
On Wednesday March 11th from 8:30-9:30pm Taylor Boschman will be hosting another House workshop. This workshop is open to any competitive students looking to increase their street style repertoire. In this workshop dancers will learn many different elements of footwork along with learning key elements on how to freestyle and dance to different beats in songs.
House dance is a style of dance that originated in the late 70’s and early 80’s from underground clubs in Chicago and New York. The style was influenced by several types of movement, including Tap, African Dance, Latin Dance , martial arts and party dances. House Dance is about freedom, improvisation and feeling the music.
The class is $15 to attend.
