Jen has a genuine connection with her body and openness in her heart. Yoga is a daily part of Jen’s life; using it to improve her inner strength and health. Yoga gives her courage and peace.
Jen encourages her students to listen to and trust their bodies to create a positive change in themselves.
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Parallel Yoga in August 2014 and is a member of the Yoga Alliance.
